The best team to make your company evolve

We have lived – and suffered – the corporate world from within.

We use the best development tools in the world.

We have thousands of hours of experience and results that back us.

Our main objective is to ensure your executives achieve the development your company needs.

Change is the only constant factor in the world today. However, companies do not change: people change.

How are you going to achieve it?

Our promise to you is simple: tell us what you want to achieve and we will design a program that will implement it.

We believe in the transformative power of people.

It is an ambitious promise.
And we are sure the team will fulfil it.

What motivates you?
People, without a doubt. Seeing beyond what they believe they are and driving them to the extraordinary within them.

Something you have learned?
To have the courage to listen to myself and let my own intuition take over.

Something few people know.
When I finish the projects, I like to stay alone in the room remembering the anecdotes and fantastic moments.

Why Intiva?
Between it is the meeting place where extraordinary people and professionals pool all their resources, creating a unique, different energy: the energy that changes things.

  • Certified in TLC (The Leadership Circle), practitioner of NLP and Non-Verbal Language.

What motivates you?
The dream that, when I am very old and look back at my life, I will be able to say “there was nothing more I could have done to improve things”.

Something you have learned?
That we are not condemned to ourselves… I wish to say that our “way of being”, our past, our habits, are not a sentence: they are a starting point.

I love the moment when the client becomes aware of this and undertakes the responsibility to shape himself according to his vision and desires.

Something few people know.
I have a well-developed, ingrained, very hidden nerdy streak. When we are overworked, I watch Japanese anime to disconnect.

Why Intiva?
Because we love what we do and believe in it. Due to the laughs with the team, the vocation and the challenge, the delighted clients. I cannot think of any better colleagues to share this passion and journey with.

What motivates you?
Helping others, seeing people grow and improving organizations, achieving a more balanced, fair world.

Something you have learned?
To put passion into everything I do and believe. Then it simply happens!

Something few people know.
I am extremely curious and I love to learn. I like to know about everything; I have studied such wide-ranging things as dubbing, sailing, dance, photography, creative writing, languages, diving…

Why Intiva?
Due to the positive energy, due to the professionalism, the great knowledge, the excitement of everything we do and the great care put into every detail.

  • Master in Personal Accompaniment in the PRH Method (Personality and Human Relations).

What motivates you?
Brave people who want to change their internal world to help others.
Those who say “enough”, those who say “no” and live without fear. I would go to the end of the world with people like that… they bring the best out of me. I believe that bravery is the main ingredient to conquer oneself and to go through this life getting all the best out of it.
No calm sea ever made an expert mariner.

Something you have learned?
That absolute truths do not exist in human relations and everyone is always the owner of 2% of truth. That patience is necessary to truly listen to the other and to “understand” their reality. That wanting to be right is the best way to walk alone and that, behind any complaint, there is always an unsatisfied need.

Something few people know.
One day, I would love to have my own little confectionary store in a little fishers’ village. To bake cakes and go out sailing.

Why Intiva?
Due to the people who bring it to life, because they build a human team at professional and personal top level. I am convinced that surrounding yourself with good people is the key to being a great professional. Rigor,
engagement, knowledge, experience and humor. They attract clients who believe in the same as they do. At Intiva one fulfils the saying “Choose a job you like and you will not have to work a single day”.

  • Máster en Chief Happines Officer.

What motivates you?
Helping others. Being able to do my bit and to
accompany people in their growth. Being able to witness a person discovering all his potential and BEING.

Something you have learned?
That it is essential to continue to train yourself and work on your own growth constantly to be able to accompany others. And never ceasing to learn from others is a luxury.

Something few people know.
That I am an Industrial Engineer, and that this work is my vocation.

Why Intiva?
Due to the professionalism and human quality of the team. Due to the continuous demands to do things in an excellent way. Because everybody contributes from their own approach and we complement and respect each other.

It is in our DNA

We were executives at major companies. We “suffered” development actions that we came
through with passion and expectations, that nobody remembered after a few weeks had gone
by.

Due to that, we created a definitive executive development solution: with results as an
objective and innovation and monitoring as levers.

However, instead of us telling you, why don’t you listen to our clients speaking about our values and work?
